InStadium Brings on Eric Smith as VP, Venue Partnerships

Chicago, IL – October 28, 2011 – InStadium, a national live venue digital network, has tapped Eric Smith as Vice President of Venue Partnerships. Smith has spent the past 15 years working in amateur, collegiate, and professional sports, primarily in sponsorship sales and management roles at Host Communications and MLS teams D.C. United and Chicago Fire, where he also held business development and business operations roles. InStadium is proud to add Eric’s experience, skills, and perspective from the live sports environment to the venue operations team.


About his move to InStadium, Smith says, “I am thrilled to be a part of the InStadium family.  It's an exciting time for the company, and I look forward to contributing to the bright future we have ahead of us.”


From the Chicago headquarters, Smith will work in partnership with venues across the country alongside EVP & Founder Barrett Davie and Director of Team Partnerships Sarah Weller.
